Who runs it

fullsendui.com is run by Full Send, the team behind fullsendwow.com and the FullSendUI addon. Send questions and requests to [email protected].

Visiting

You can browse and copy profiles without an account. When you open a page here, your browser tells the site about the visit: the page, the site that sent you (just its name), a link tag such as utm_source if the link had one, whether you were signed in, your device type worked out from your browser, and the country Cloudflare reports. Your IP address and browser are turned into a one-way code with a secret key, so the address itself is never stored. Visit records are deleted after 90 days. Moderators' visits and known bots aren't counted.

Copying a profile's import string is counted once per visitor per day, using the same kind of code, or your account if you're signed in. Copy records stay with the profile, and the totals are never shown on the site.

Signing in

Signing in goes through fullsendwow.com with your Battle.net account. This site then receives your Full Send account ID, your BattleTag, and your membership tier and end date, and updates them each time you sign in. Your profile picture is shown straight from fullsendwow.com, so changing or removing it there changes it here too. Only the part of your BattleTag before the # is shown on the site. Moderators can see the full BattleTag and account ID to handle reports and bans. We also keep when you first signed in and when you last did.

What you post

• Profiles are public: the title, description, tags, screenshots and import string, with your name, picture and membership badge. When you replace an import string, the earlier one is kept.
• An import string holds your UI settings plus what the addon adds to it: the profile's name (which can be your character's name), class and specialization, screen size, UI scale, addon and game version, and when you exported it.
• Screenshots are re-encoded when you upload them, which removes hidden details such as camera or location data.
• Comments are public, with your name and picture.
• Once you've posted something, your author page lists your profiles and when you joined.
• Favorites are private to you, and favorite counts aren't shown.
• Reports go only to moderators, along with the account that sent them.

Cookies and storage

• fsui_session keeps you signed in for 30 days or until you sign out. The site stores it only as a one-way code.
• fsui_signin lasts 10 minutes while a sign-in is in progress.
• Your accent color choice is saved in your browser.

There are no ads, no third-party trackers and no outside analytics. Fonts and images load from this site, except profile pictures, which load from fullsendwow.com.

Who else handles it

Railway hosts the site and its database. Cloudflare carries every request, protects the site and supplies the country. Both keep their own logs for a limited time. Full Send's admin page reads this site's totals: counts, profile titles, author names and public comments, never account IDs or visitor codes. We don't sell personal information.

Deleting

You can delete your profiles at any time. That removes their screenshots, earlier versions, comments, favorites and copy records; visit records for them expire on the usual 90-day schedule. Removing a comment hides it from the site, but its text stays in our database.

To delete your account and everything tied to it, email [email protected]. Reports you sent are kept without your account attached.

Your Full Send account itself is covered by the fullsendwow.com privacy policy.

Changes

If anything here changes, this page and its date will be updated.
